VOLUNTEER LOGIN E-LEARNING LOGIN

As a community Zoo, we encourage public involvement in all aspects of our operations. We are dependent upon and very grateful to our volunteers, who assist with everything from special events to educational programs.

There’s a lot to do at the Zoo! Would you like to be a kayak guide, an animal interpreter or maybe even help with landscaping? Click here to take a look at all of the opportunities available to volunteers.

HOW TO APPLY TO THE ADULT VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

Applicants to the adult volunteer program (16 years of age or older) are required to:

  1. Submit an online application
  2. Attend an application orientation session followed by a scheduled interview. The next session will take place on Saturday, February 11, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  3. If accepted into the program, attend a mandatory training class, which will take place on Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  4. Work a four-hour shift weekly

ONLINE APPLICATION

Your application will be held for four months. Please do not reapply during that period.

GROUP VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

We offer many exciting group project opportunities for businesses, organizations, sororities, fraternities, clubs and school groups. Possible service projects include landscaping, painting and conservation outreach. We hope you will consider us when looking for a way to give back to the community! To sign up your group for a Restore Our Shores volunteer opportunity, please fill out this form and return it to voladmin@brevardzoo.org and restoreourshores@brevardzoo.org.

Participants must be 14 years of age or older. Most groups should not exceed 15 participants. Large groups can be accommodated at offsite locations with enough notice.
