Kids Free September | Florida Residents | The month of September

During the whole month of September, kids 11 years of age and younger receive FREE Zoo admission when accompanied by a paying adult who is a Florida resident. 

Up to three children per paid adult. Open to Florida residents only. All adults must present a state-issued photo ID or utility bill with address and matching photo ID. May not be combined with any other discounts including reciprocal membership discount. Other restrictions apply. 

World Rhino Day | September 22 | 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Join us for an exciting day dedicated to celebrating and protecting one of the world’s most iconic animals: the rhino! As part of our efforts to help save rhinos, we have a lineup of special events and activities in Expedition Africa. Throughout the day, enjoy engaging keeper chats, witness special rhino enrichment sessions, and explore educational stations designed to inform and inspire. Learn about these magnificent creatures and discover how we can all contribute to their conservation.

Brevard Zoo Legacy Classic | September 23 | 12:00 - 7:00 p.m.

A day of golf has never been so wild! In recognition of our 30th Anniversary, we will be hosting a charity golf outing at the newly renovated Suntree Country Club! Up to 120 golfers will tee off as foursomes playing in a traditional scramble format, following a shotgun start. Join us for lunch, raffles, and even a “WILDEST dressed team” award. After golf, stay for raffle announcements, golf awards, happy hour and hors d’oeuvres.

Boo at the Zoo | Saturdays and Sundays in October | 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Get ready for a spooktacular time as our beloved family-favorite Halloween activity returns as a daytime event! Join us every Saturday and Sunday in October for an unforgettable Halloween experience filled with fun and excitement for all ages. Trick or treat at our treat stations, marvel at Halloween-themed decorations, and snap the perfect spooky photos. Enjoy the eerie ambiance with music and special performances that will leave you thrilled. Participate in engaging activities and, of course, visit your favorite Zoo animals dressed in your Halloween best!

Jazzoo | November 2 | 7:00 - 11:00 PM

Get ready for our all-inclusive annual music extravaganza, Jazzoo, where every moment is a celebration! Enjoy an eclectic mix of genres across multiple stages, ensuring there’s something for every musical taste. Savor dishes from dozens of top restaurants, caterers, and food trucks. Relish the full open bars, serving up your favorite beverages all night. Join the fun at our game tent, complete with a DJ and dance floor to keep the party going.

Veterans Day Weekend | November 9-11

This Veterans Day weekend, military members and veterans get free Zoo admission! If deployed overseas, their spouse can visit for free. Family members also receive $5 off onsite tickets. To claim, show proof of military service at the gate (ID, current Leave and Earnings Statement, DD 214, etc.). Discount is available onsite only and can’t be combined with other offers.

Manatee Mania | November 23 | 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Are you a true Manatee Maniac, captivated by these charming, chubby mermaids with their delightfully boopable noses? Join us for an extraordinary celebration dedicated to these gentle giants! Enjoy a plethora of special activities designed to entertain and educate, ensuring a memorable experience for all ages. Meet our dedicated manatee rescue team and learn firsthand about their incredible work in manatee conservation.

‘Tis the season! Senior Florida residents (65+): enjoy a deep discount on Zoo admission! During December 2 – 24, senior admission is only $10/person. Tickets can be purchased online or in person. Jolly Days | December 21 - 23 | 10 AM - 3 PM

Put on your jingle bells and head to the Zoo for a flurry of festive fun! Enjoy a blizzard of activities, music, meet Santa & Mrs. Claus, and watch the animals “unwrap” holiday treats! All Jolly Days activities are included with general Zoo admission.
