Member Appreciation Week | August 5 - 11
Welcome to Member Appreciation Week at the Zoo! Each day, from Monday, August 5 to Sunday, August 11, we will celebrate our valued members with themed activities and special perks across different areas of the Zoo. Members can enjoy daily raffles, exclusive giveaways like magnets and stickers, and bring an additional guest for free on select days. Enjoy a special 20% discount in the gift store (this includes an extra discount on sale items)!

- No refunds will be issued once a ticket is purchased.
- No refunds or rain checks will be issued due to inclement weather. The Zoo is an outdoor facility with little indoor space. Please plan your trip to the Zoo accordingly based upon the anticipated weather conditions for that day.
- No refunds will be issued to anyone removed from the Zoo for failure to follow the Rules of the Wild.
- Please make sure you read and understand our refund policy.
