Boo at the Zoo

Our beloved family-favorite Halloween activity, Boo at the Zoo, is back as a thrilling daytime event, and it’s free for all our members! Join us every Saturday and Sunday in October for an unforgettable Halloween experience filled with fun and excitement for all ages. Enjoy trick-or-treating at our treat stations, marvel at the Halloween-themed decorations, and capture the perfect spooky photos. Members, don’t forget—this entire event is free just for you! Immerse yourself in the eerie ambiance with music and special performances that will send chills down your spine. Engage in thrilling activities, and don’t forget to visit your favorite Zoo animals while dressed in your Halloween best!

Lion Habitat Opening

The countdown has begun for the opening of our permanent lion habitat in the Expedition Africa area this November! Our new space has been years in the making, and we’re excited to welcome our majestic trio—Chobe, Karoo, and Ruaha—to a home fit for three kings. Two years ago, we were thrilled to bring them to our Zoo in a temporary habitat, but now it’s time for them to roam their new, expansive territory. As a member, you’ll enjoy free daily visits to see these magnificent lions up close and experience breathtaking new views of Africa. Don’t miss out on the adventure and the chance to watch Chobe, Karoo, and Ruaha in their incredible new environment!
