Earlybird Opportunities
Some of our animals, including our giraffes, prefer to head into their night habitats early. When you arrive, be sure to check with a staff member at the front for recommendations on who to visit first.
Our Africa Kayaking tours and Cape to Cairo Express train will make their final voyages of the day at 4 PM and 4:15 PM, respectively.
Certain sections of the Zoo will also close as normal at 4:45 PM, including The Barnyard, Lands of Change aviaries and the Kangaroo Walkabout.
Night Owl Activities
Take a bonus hour to kayak, go ziplining or get wet! Hop in Wetland kayaks and swim in Paws On until 6 PM. Treetop Trek Aerial Adventures, including Canopy and Zip It!, will have last admission extended until 4 PM.
The gift shop and food services will also remain open until 6 PM.
