The mangrove-shaped “Trees of Celebration & Remembrance” are metallic sculptures created by local artists and Zoo staff within the Celebration Garden. This monument features leaves and fish of varying sizes that can be engraved to commemorate joyous occasions (like birthdays, graduations, weddings and anniversaries), honor a special person in your life or even with names and/or a special message in memoriam of a loved one.

The Zoo pledges to display the plaques for no less than 10 years from the time of installation. At the end of that time, the donor will have the opportunity to renew the recognition with an additional gift at the prevailing amount.
