Become a bird researcher at Hundred Acre Hollows as we study feathers and flight, amazing adaptations, and the sounds and songs of the most fascinating birds in Florida and around the world.  From the plumage of the egret to the diet of the owl, we’ll discover the magic of birds. Get ready for an adventure beyond the zoo! Please keep in mind that this is an offsite field trip experience.

Into the Wetlands

Get a hands-on experience with the animals that live in our Florida wetlands. Using a variety of scientific tools, you will help gather population and water quality data. While collecting and identifying some of the small creatures that call our wetlands their home, you will learn how truly important our wetlands conservation is.

Dive into the vibrant ecosystem of the Indian River Lagoon with our hands-on experience! Using a variety of scientific tools, you will help gather population and water quality data.
