Nature Explorers
Our Nature Explorers program provides enriching opportunities for preschoolers and adults to experience nature in a safe, healthy, and happy environment. It is open to children ages 2-5 years old, Mom, Dad, Grandparent or caregiver. Come discover, build, and play with Zoo educators in our Exceptional Nature Space with nature play, process-oriented art, stories, and animal visitors.

Nature Preschool
Our emergent curriculum adapts to children–evolving based on their inquiries and experiences. We encourage active learning and skill development by responding flexibly to children’s natural curiosity through art, conservation, science, and outdoor activities. These tailored learning experiences ignite creativity and equip children with essential skills for future academic pursuits.
