Florida Residents: Kids Free September | September 1 - 30

During the whole month of September, kids 11 years of age and younger receive FREE Zoo admission when accompanied by a paying adult who is a Florida resident.

Nature Preschool Open House | September 26 | 9AM - 12 PM & 1 - 4 PM

Families interested in our Nature Preschool are invited to attend an open house. Children must be 3 years old and able to use the bathroom independently to be eligible.

Adult Program: Photography Series | September 27, February 28 & April 25

Whether you are a seasoned photographer or a new photography enthusiast, enjoy unprecedented access to the Zoo’s animals in this photography workshop series. Covering a new topic during each workshop, our experienced instructor will teach you how to work with challenging lighting conditions and optimize your camera’s settings during this brand-new series.

Lights On: A Nighttime Art Experience | Select Nights November 13, 2025 to January 18, 2026 | 6 to 9 PM

Leave the kids at home and experience the ultimate overnight adventure safari at the Zoo! Explore after dark, soar on a night zipline and enjoy experiences behind-the-scenes. Includes pizza, breakfast and next-day Zoo admission. Unforgettable memories await!

Wild Turkey Trot | November 27 | Race Start - 7:30 AM

Join us for our inaugural Wild Turkey Trot 3k in partnership with Smooth Running!

Adult Program: Fall Camp | November 29 & 30 | 9 AM – 3 PM, daily

Who says Zoo camp is just for kids? This two-day experience is packed with hands-on animal encounters, classic camp games with a Zoo spin, creative nature crafts and behind-the-scenes adventures you won’t find on a regular visit. Camp t-shirt included!

Florida Residents: Senior Discount December | December 1 - 24

During this period, senior Florida residents aged 65+ can enjoy $10 Zoo admission. 

Kids’ Holiday Hang Out | December 5 | 5 - 8 PM
