Sunrise on the Savannah | November 24 & December 7 | 8-10 AM

SOLD OUT! Lions and muffins and coffee, oh my! In our exclusive, adults-only experience at the Zoo, get to know our lions while enjoying your morning coffee with a delicious catered breakfast. This is your chance to satisfy your appetite while getting a rare, behind-the-scenes look at the care of our incredible big cats.

Holiday String Lights Recycling | November 30 - December 1 | 10 AM - 2 PM

Let’s light up the season with sustainability! We are accepting string lights and small handheld electronic devices for recycling right here at Brevard Zoo. We’ll help you recycle them responsibly and keep the sparkle in your holiday while protecting the planet. Please no inflatable decoration, flood lights, sculptures, light frames, or other decorations. Keep your eyes peeled for a drop off location in the bus parking lot!

Black Hole Makers will be joining us both days and will be collecting a variety of electronics.

Holiday Kickoff Weekend | November 30 - December 1 | 10 AM - 3 PM

Join us for a weekend of seasonal cheer as we unveil our festive holiday decorations! Immerse yourself in the holiday spirit with joyful music, delicious seasonal food and beverages—including cozy hot cocoa. Jumpstart your holiday shopping at our Zoo pop-up shop, and enjoy complimentary sustainable gift wrapping for your purchases. Plus, be enchanted by magical snow flurries and exciting live performances by local organizations!

Senior Florida Resident Special | December 2 - 24

‘Tis the season! Senior Florida residents (65+): enjoy a deep discount on Zoo admission! During December 2 – 24, senior admission is only $10/person. Tickets can be purchased online or in person.

Want to upgrade your experience? Book a 60 minute private guided tour! Your group will be accompanied by a charismatic member of our Education team who’s got the inside scoop about Brevard Zoo. $15/person.

Jolly Days | December 21 - 23 | 10 AM - 3 PM

Put on your jingle bells and head to the Zoo for a flurry of festive fun! Enjoy a blizzard of activities, music, meet Santa & Mrs. Claus, and watch the animals “unwrap” holiday treats! All Jolly Days activities are included with general Zoo admission.

Noon Year’s Eve | December 31 | 10 AM - 12 PM

Your whole family can celebrate the new year without staying up past anyone’s bedtime! Noon Year’s Eve features a ball drop at noon and a complimentary sparkling juice toast. Enjoy crafts, games, and music as well. All activities are free with Zoo admission.

Adult Program: Hurricane Prep | January 11 | 10 AM - 12 PM

Can you weather the storm? Learn how the Zoo prepares for weather disasters through storm preparations, habitat design, and emergency procedures. $23/Member, $28/Non-Member.

Adult Program: Valentine’s Day | February 8 | 10 AM - 12 PM

We all know how shallow the dating pool can be. How do creatures reproduce when they can’t find a mate? For some female creatures (like komodo dragons), they don’t need a man! Learn all about the unique adaptation of parthenogenesis and other reproduction strategies, just in time to boost your confidence for Valentine’s Day! $23/Member, $28/Non-Member.

Adult Program: Zookeeper Olympics | March 8 | 10 AM - 12 PM

Olympians are the ultimate athletes, but Zookeepers are the ultimate animal care experts. They may not earn medals, but we’re going to test your strength, stamina, and skill to see if you can hang with the rigors of a zookeeper’s day. $23/Member, $28/Non-Member.
