Mask or Other Facial Covering
The safety of our animals, staff, volunteers and other guests is important. All adults and children ages seven years of age and older must have a mask or facial covering that covers the nose and mouth to enter the Zoo. Mesh and crochet masks are not permitted. Be prepared for MASK ZONE areas and areas where your group cannot social distance from another group by six feet. Be prepared to cover your nose and mouth with your mask or facial covering at all times. Keep your mask or facial covering readily available at all times. Do not put your mask or facial covering in your pocket, purse or stroller. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Refillable Water Bottles
Our drinking fountains are closed for the safety of our guests. Refillable water bottle stations are located near the Wonders of the Wild gift shop in the front of the Zoo and by the restrooms at Nourish 321. You can purchase single-use water bottles at our food and beverage venues.
If you plan to experience a paid activity, rent a stroller or make other transactions in the Zoo, please note that we are not accepting cash at this time. We require a $4 minimum for every credit card purchase. Our vending machines do take cash.
We want to thank you, our community, for your patience and support. We look forward to seeing you back at the Zoo!
