An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and individuals with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By visiting the Zoo, you are voluntarily assuming all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Both members and nonmembers must schedule an entry time online prior to visiting. Member reservations are FREE.
Guest Services and Member Services will be operating at a limited capacity to assist with ticketing and membership issues only. You must purchase or reserve your tickets online prior to your visit.
For everyone’s health, all guests seven years of age and older are required to wear a mask or face covering throughout the Zoo. If you need a break, you may visit one of our Mask Relaxation Zones, located in designated areas of Paws On, Wild Florida, Lands of Change: Australia & Beyond and seating provided inside the front entrance to the Zoo and at Nourish 321, Slice and Cones. Food and drink may only be consumed inside Mask Relaxation Zones. Mesh and crochet masks are not permitted.

Refillable Water Bottle
Our drinking fountains have been turned off for your safety. Refillable water bottle stations are located near the Wonders of the Wild gift shop in the front of the Zoo and by the restrooms at Nourish 321. You can purchase single-use water bottles at our food and beverage venues.
Credit Card
If you plan to experience a paid activity, rent a stroller or make other transactions in the Zoo, please bring a credit card as we are working to remain as contactless as possible. We require a $4 minimum for every credit card purchase. Our vending machines accept cash.
