DESCRIPTION:Here’s your chance to become a citizen scientist! \nFrogs are indicator species\, and their populations are among the first to decline when environmental conditions take a turn for the worse. FrogWatch USA is a nationwide program facilitated by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums that relies on data from members of the community to assess the conservation status of native amphibians. \nA network of trained volunteers submit their findings to a database that helps ecologists determine which species are where and develop effective conservation strategies. \nDuring this training\, you’ll learn the skills needed to be a contributing volunteer of the program. \nAges 7 and up may participate in the training with an adult. \nPrice: $10  \nTICKETS
