Package 1 – Themed private room for your party celebration and then go into the Zoo!

Package 2 – Experience the Zoo like never before, at night! Enjoy a guided tour, private animal encounter, fun games, and pizza for dinner.

Package 3 – Themed private room for a one of a kind party. Great for member parties or those also booking a Treetop Trek party.

BEDROCK BASH
Your Bash takes place in our fossil-filled prehistoric Cave room. Maximum capacity of 28, which includes birthday child and his/her parents.

Package 1

Days: Saturdays and Sundays

Times: 10 a.m. or 2 p.m.

Ages: 3 to 10 (recommended)

$200 for 10 to 15 guests - additional guests $12.50 per child and $6.50 per adult (booking parent must be a member to receive this adult rate)

Non-member

$240 for 10 to 15 guests- additional guests $12.50 per guest

• Admission into the Zoo

• Up to 1 ½ hours in a private themed room for your guests to enjoy cake and presents (we do not supply cake or presents)

• Buy One Get One Cape to Cairo train ride coupon for each child 2 and up for you to use while in the Zoo

Package 1 Information:

Minimum payment $200 for members and $240 for non-members will be collected at the time of booking; $50 is non-refundable. Final headcount is due 48 hours before event date to confirm your party reservation. Be advised: Booking parent will be charged upon arrival for additional guests. Cancellations and transfers must be made two weeks prior to event date. This package is considered a group reservation. Therefore, you are permitted to bring food and beverage (non-alcoholic) that must be consumed in the themed party room. Zoo Members not included in your booking can enter the Zoo on their own, but will not be permitted to accompany party participants to themed party room or animal encounter.

Package 2

Days: Friday or Saturday nights, weekdays available upon special request

Times: 6 to 9 p.m.

Ages: 5 to 12

Price: $24 per Member or $27 per Non-Member

This package requires a minimum of 10 paying participants.  Minimum payment will be collected at time of booking; $100 is non-refundable. Cancellations and transfers must be made two weeks prior to event date. We do not supply cake or presents.

Times: 10 a.m. or 2 p.m.

Ages: 1 to 12

Price: $100 Members or $150 Non-Members

Make your little one’s party unique in one of our three themed rooms. This package is great for those celebrating 1 to 3 years, mixed ages attending, large family gatherings, or those booking a Treetop Trek party.
