Requesting Donations

Junk Mail

Did you know that each year millions of trees and billions of gallons of water are used to create junk mail, most of which never gets recycled? There are several things you can do to reduce how much junk mail you receive.

When you receive unwanted mail, take a minute to call the company (usually toll-free) to remove your address from its list.

Requesting Donations

Brevard Zoo is a proud supporter of the community, donating more than $40,000 each year to organizations in Brevard and other surrounding counties. We gladly accept requests for donations of admission tickets as a form of sponsorship for live and silent auctions, raffles, fundraisers, etc. Brevard Zoo does not donate annual memberships and Treetop Trek passes. In addition, we are unable to provide cash sponsorships.

Please submit your request 30 days in advance and include the following:

Letter on official letterhead of requesting organization that includes the event date, location, number of participants, what you are requesting, when you need it, mailing address and a contact name and phone number
Copy of your organizations not-for-profit status (only charitable organizations can request donations).

As much as we would like to support every cause, we do adhere to an annual allotment of tickets and unfortunately cannot grant every request. Responses will be made only to groups that are selected for a donation. The donation will arrive one or two weeks before the scheduled event.
